Get Tested For Swine Flu

Ok, my friend hes a foregin exchange student. They are saying people are not alloud to cross the border. He lives in Kolen, Germany. Hes supposed to fly back on June 2nd? Will he not be able to go back then?
They are saying people cant cross the border because of swine Flu.
And there are people in his city in Germany with Swine Flu!!!! Btw we are in The USA.

I started with a small tickle in my throat this morning and now I have a complete soar throat with slight nausea after taking some daytime Tylenol. I just wanted to know if there are any recognizable differences between the regular everyday sicknesses and the Swine Flu so you can easily say for yourself that are have the Sine Flu virus. Serious answers only please.

The symptoms are basically the same, right? How can someone tell if they have the swine flu rather than just a normal flu?
